ResponsabilidadesImpulsar políticas y procesos relacionados con las operaciones para garantizar un soporte y ejecución efectivos y consistentes. Colaborar con tomadores de decisiones clave y propietarios de negocios para desarrollar nuevas iniciativas de operaciones de atención al cliente y oportunidades comerciales. CalificacionesEl puesto requiere un título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Operaciones, Contabilidad o un campo relacionado, seguido de 10 años de experiencia progresiva en liderazgo de atención al cliente o servicio al cliente en la industria de telecomunicaciones. La experiencia debe incluir un mínimo de: 5 años de experiencia en el desarrollo, planificación e implementación de estrategias operativas; 5 años de experiencia en el desarrollo y presentación de casos de negocio que abarquen análisis operativos, financieros y de impacto en el cliente; 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de centros de llamadas subcontratados en diferentes ubicaciones; 5 años de experiencia en la configuración y finalización de acuerdos de subcontratación; y 5 años de experiencia en el desarrollo y operación de canales de atención al cliente digitales. Se requiere un 10-20% de viajes nacionales e internacionales.
