Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate order entry and follow-up to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Generate quotations and respond to RFQs in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate customer design requests and maintain design logs for follow-up and completion.
  • Proactively contact customers to gain new orders and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of related experience and training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers individually and in groups.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, common fractions, decimals, etc.
  • Ability to use specific computer software and familiarity with corrugated terminology.
