Account Growth Specialist

Responsibilities- Customer Support & Engagement:
- Develop and execute customized onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of our products and services.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Account Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Problem Resolution:
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to address customer concerns.
- Event Representation:
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events (4-8 times annually).
- Network with existing and potential customers, providing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
- Assist with event setup, booth management, and follow-up on leads post-event.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events (approximately 4-8 trips per year).
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Background in the dental, medical, or related industries is a plus but not required.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
