Responsibilities
  • Customer Support & Engagement:
    • Develop and execute customized onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of our products and services.
    • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
    • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to address customer concerns.
  • Event Representation:
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events (4-8 times annually).
    • Network with existing and potential customers, providing product demonstrations and gathering feedback.
    • Assist with event setup, booth management, and follow-up on leads post-event.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows and events (approximately 4-8 trips per year).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Background in the dental, medical, or related industries is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
