Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at ONEPOWER Consulting LLC. This role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

As a key member of our accounting team, you will work closely with other departments to provide timely and accurate financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process journal entries as needed.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests and provide necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or financial issues.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Estimated Salary Range:$55K - $65K DOE
