Provide real-time support and authority for fleet-related issues. Ensure compliance, reliability, and schedule integrity by working with partners. Support a central control group and philosophy that flight crews and station maintenance personnel can access for 24/7 real-time authorization and troubleshooting support.

Compliance and Oversight:

Authorize deferral items and ensure total adherence to quality standards and compliance by engaging with partners. Review deferrals for correct application and limit control. Provide real-time advice and support for current operations. Collaborate with flight crews, line maintenance technicians, and dispatch partners to make decisions and provide technical advice.

Out of Service Support:

Provide real-time troubleshooting and guidance to stations with OTS fleet and related issues. Use control authority to set direction for OTS issues. Act as a conduit to bring key entities together to resolve direction and scope for OTS and complex work issues.

Collaboration with Network Operation Center/Field Disciplines:

Participate in cross-functional interaction with NOC disciplines (OPB/DD/FO/SW/LP/SK). Collaborate in a 'working together' and collaborative environment consistent with Corporate standards with all employee groups.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of line maintenance and/or base 'dock' production/engineering/related experience. FAA Airframe and Power Plant License. Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualification. Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

10 years of line maintenance with supervision experience. Turbine shop experience. Further technical training in fleet and extensive system knowledge.
