Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Controller, you will provide real-time support and authority for fleet-related issues, ensuring compliance, reliability, and schedule integrity. You will work extensively with partners to ensure quality standards and adherence to regulations.

Compliance and Oversight:

You will be responsible for providing authorization for deferral items, reviewing deferrals for correct application and limit control, and ensuring total adherence to quality standards and compliance.

Out of Service Support:

You will provide real-time troubleshooting and guidance to stations with OTS fleet and related issues, using control authority to set direction for OTS issues and collaborating with key entities to resolve direction and scope.

Collaboration with Network Operation Center/Field Disciplines:

You will participate in cross-functional interaction with NOC disciplines, working in a collaborative environment consistent with Corporate standards with all employee groups.

What's Needed to Succeed:
  • Minimum 5 years of line maintenance and/or base 'dock' production/engineering/related experience
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant License
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What Will Help You Propel from the Pack:
  • 10 years of line maintenance with supervision experience
  • Turbine Shop experience
  • Further Technical Training in fleet and extensive system knowledge
