About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Controls Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, troubleshoot, and install HVAC control systems, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage components.
- Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools, as well as a variety of hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Provide front-line technical and repair support to customers through effective communication.
- Develop and implement system repair and update recommendations, and assist in proposing these recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with our team to build a career with a first-class global organization.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequence, and applications.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields.
- Able to use hand, power tools, and electrical testing equipment, such as a multimeter.
- Solid knowledge base in the use of personal computers.
- Attention to detail and good communication and listening skills.
