Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterway Carwash. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and repair car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor and control costs related to utilities, chemical use, parts use, and building and grounds maintenance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance employees and store management.
  • Assist store management in workplace safety, chemical application, parts and supply inventory, equipment preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain building and grounds for facilities, including landscaping maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance-related field, or degree in a technical field.
  • Electrical experience, including motor control and three-phase power systems, strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven electrical experience with low and high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to problem solve in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer-proficient.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather, and physical demands such as pushing, pulling, and heavy lifting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $77,500, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, disability, and life insurance, generous paid time off allowance, travel allowance or reimbursement, and long-term investment bonus.
