Job Summary

As an Executive Protective Agent for the Central Intelligence Agency, you will serve on teams at foreign and domestic sites, liaise with foreign security officials, operate armored security vehicles, analyze threats to modify protective profiles, and utilize issued weapons and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7/365 armed protection for Intelligence Community leaders worldwide
  • Work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overtime under ever-changing conditions
  • Frequently travel, both domestically and overseas
  • Must be alert and mindful of the implications of their performance and actions in continuously changing and potentially high-risk environments
  • Must be in good overall physical, emotional, and mental condition, have a proven track record of excellent judgment, and the ability to work well in a team
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (dual U.S. citizens also eligible)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be willing to move to the Washington, DC area
  • Must be able to complete security and medical evaluations
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work overtime, night shifts, holidays, and weekends, as well as frequently travel domestically and overseas
  • Must be able to obtain medical clearance for unrestricted overseas travel
