Your Role as a Protector
  • Monitor property and utilize advanced tools and technology from our Command Center
  • Screen visitors and vendors, controlling access to protected sites
  • Coordinate and execute security plans, responding to medical emergencies
  • Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and during travel
  • Offer secure transportation as needed
  • Survey and prepare locations prior to client arrival
  • Document suspicious activity and maintain readiness to address threats

Our ideal candidate is someone who communicates effectively, is physically fit, willing to learn, and values teamwork. Our promotion system is merit-based, prioritizing performance over seniority.

What to Expect
  • 12-Day Introductory Essential Protector Skills (EPS) Training Academy
  • Professional Leadership Track (PLT) - 2-year on-the-job executive protection training curriculum
  • Pass a physical readiness test (Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, 800m run)
  • Meet drug and nicotine-free requirements
  • Pass a pre-employment background investigation
  • Be able to swim

  • $1k-$3k sign-on bonus
