Social Media Content Specialist for Lee Brand

Job Title: Social Media Content Coordinator- Lee
Job Summary:
Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Coordinator to join our Lee team. This role will be responsible for developing and curating engaging social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, prioritizing original video content across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends and will be able to ideate and produce creative, on-trend, and opportunistic video content leveraging the latest native social platform tools. They will also be responsible for executing the brand's social media content strategy in collaboration with the social media, brand marketing, and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Social Media Manager and in-house and agency creative teams to execute the Lee brand social content strategy
- Manage the day-to-day and execute against social content calendar
- Lead social media content development, producing and coordinating videos and other social content that is fresh, compelling, entertaining, and engages key audiences
- Lives and breathes TikTok; owns TikTok channel engagement and community management, identifying opportunities to engage with users as well as create real-time content (stitches, trending sounds, etc.)
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager on influencer selection to ensure influencer content aligns with paid and organic social media needs, brand priorities, and key seasonal stories
- Assist with the development, planning and implementation of social media campaigns
- Assist with all monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-based social media reporting
- Monitor industry updates and proactively identifies creative opportunities for the brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Has a demonstrated passion for social media marketing with 2-3 years of experience creating social media content, including vertical video content for TikTok and Instagram
- Has experience managing social media platforms for professional use, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Experience with social media management and reporting platforms (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and juggle projects effectively; demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writing skills
- Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables
- Meets personal deadlines, and helps ensure that team and creative deadlines are never missed
- Understands that managing social media channels is not an 8-5 job and occasional work will take place outside of traditional business hours
