Flood Compliance Specialist

Logix Guru is representing a major banking client in the search for a Flood Compliance Specialist to join their team in the Pittsburgh, PA or Hermitage, PA area.

The successful candidate will be part of the Compliance and Quality Review Verification team, supporting various teams within Loan Operations. Key responsibilities will include document review, funding review, flood review, and procedural review and monitoring.

This role requires strong attention to detail, an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and excellent written communication skills. The ideal candidate should also possess basic knowledge of navigating Windows File Folders and be willing to learn and incorporate feedback.

A salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, is expected for this position, reflecting the competitive compensation offered by our client.

Beyond the technical requirements, the successful candidate should demonstrate flexibility in their mindset and be willing to work on different projects simultaneously. Overtime may be mandatory at month and quarter-end.
