Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance and Optimization Specialist to join our team at the East Liberty Family Health Care Center. As a key member of our 340B program management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and analyzing program data to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to the 340B program.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits, prepare for external audits, and address compliance issues or discrepancies identified during audits.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze 340B program data to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize program efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing or coordinating 340B programs or similar compliance programs (typically 3-5 years).

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per annum.
