Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and skilled Community Liaison who can effectively generate results through outside business development and facilitate a seamless sales process.

This role will represent Tradition Home Health Care - Brooklyn, NY within the community, focusing on revenue generation by establishing a network of industry referrals. The Community Liaison will collaborate with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other senior care providers. Additionally, the candidate will identify, cultivate, and sustain referral sources, attend community events, and enhance awareness of the mission and values of Tradition Home Health Care - Brooklyn, NY. This position will report directly to the VP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing communications, including the creation and distribution of marketing materials to support organizational objectives.
  • Schedule appointments and engage with hospitals, social workers, case managers, community partners, and healthcare professionals to boost new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual referral quotas.
  • Lead the management and development of joint ventures, affiliations, and partnerships.
  • Implement the company’s marketing strategy to achieve key milestones and revenue targets; develop a thorough understanding of competitive offerings and tailor product strategies accordingly.
  • Provide senior management with current competitive intelligence and define product attributes and differentiators.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing both simple and complex challenges for referrals and clients.
  • Manage daily communications between clients and our team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • A strong curiosity and knowledge about healthcare, sales, and marketing.
  • Experience in submitting weekly reports to management.
  • Demonstrated engagement in local networking and educational events.
  • Strong customer support orientation, professional demeanor, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A competitive and ambitious mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
