Job Overview

Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. is a leading manufacturer of home improvement products, including sunrooms, awnings, solar shades, canopies, aluminum and glass railings, and waterproof aluminum decks.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Manufacturing Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counting and Measuring: Accurately count and measure parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to assemble, process, and pack products.
  • Material Handling: Effectively move materials to processing areas or storage areas using material-handling equipment.
  • Computer Access: Use a computer to access job orders and inventory information as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, with a minimum of one year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with experience in lift truck operation and/or industrial sewing being a plus.
  • Math and Reading Skills: Possess basic math skills and the ability to read written instructions.
