We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Bookman Consulting. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing/distribution company in Tucson, Arizona.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, with experience working with warehouse and manufacturing roles. They will also have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as experience with ATS/CRM systems.
This is a key role that will have a high level of impact from day one, and will work closely with executive leadership to implement the company's vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's success.
The salary for this position is competitive, with a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, plus bonus, benefits, and PTO. If you are a motivated and experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
