Fleet Maintenance Clerk

About the Role:
The Fleet Maintenance Clerk is a vital member of our team, responsible for the day-to-day data entry and processing for our location. This individual will work closely with our Maintenance Manager and Pool Fleet Manager to ensure that all office needs are met for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems
- Complete office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls
- Compile and maintain local paperwork, including reports, vehicle information, and company documents
- Perform basic receivable processes, including the generation or submission of purchase orders/invoices
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting, preferably with computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on internal relationship building
- Ability to interface with multi-faceted, cross-functional teams
