Assistant Community Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Director. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating apartment rentals, and ensuring a positive living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Provide professional customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring maximum occupancy and resident retention.
- Prepare and generate documents and reports, manage routine processes and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the community team to support property marketing strategies and coordinate resident/community events and gatherings.
- Assist in coordinating and updating advertisements and listings, especially via third-party Independent Listing Services (ILS).
- Prior experience in affordable housing/LIHTC multi-family property preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgement and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
- Competitive hourly wage ($27.00-$32.00 DOE).
