Speech Therapist Assistant Job Description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistant to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a valid Washington State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions

Requirements:
