Legal Support Specialist

AGG Legal Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to support two attorneys with all phases of discovery, trial preparation, communication with clients, research, and writing. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a law firm and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as subpoenas, complaints, and summons.
• Maintain an organized calendar for court hearings and deadlines.
• Draft, revise, and finalize letters, briefs, memos, and motions.
• Collaborate with supervising attorney and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience working for a law firm.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
