Gpac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and estimating budget costs for construction projects, including labor and material costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction projects, including labor and material costs
  • Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as needed to optimize project costs
  • Develop and manage estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Work closely with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Construction Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets
  • Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service
