Job Description

Williams Construction Company, a leading industrial general contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to delivering exceptional results on complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, and project coordination. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with owners, engineers, architects, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate with field labor, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify new sales leads and develop strategies for procuring projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction experience, with a degree in Construction Science, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Broad experience in manufacturing and heavy industry sectors.
  • Stable employment history and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and competent computer skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
