Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customers, providing outstanding customer service, and working closely with our sales team to schedule appointments and assist customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and follow up with potential customers via leads, phone calls, and visits to the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and assist customers
  • Perform surveys with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Assist with loan applications, trade-in questions, and other customer needs as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
