About the Role
As a Veterinary Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to animals throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including assisting with outpatient treatments, conducting laboratory tests, and providing surgical support.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a veterinary technician is essential.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in surgical, anesthesia, and dental procedures is required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program is preferred, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure high-quality veterinary care and advocate for animal health.
- Assist the medical team in optimizing productivity and maintaining a smooth patient flow.
- Support surgical procedures in compliance with state regulations for credentialed veterinary technicians.

- Gather relevant health histories from clients and keep medical charts updated.
