As a Business Office Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the general administration of human resource and accounting systems, functions, and procedures. You will manage accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable collections, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team and healthcare providers.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in long-term care billing and collections, with knowledge of Medicaid, Long Term Care, and general insurance. You should be an effective user of technology, including typing, personal computers, and software applications. You should also be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
