Your Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will deliver direct nursing care in alignment with the hospital's established protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Coordinating the use of supplies and equipment in the operating room.
- Managing patient care throughout the surgical process.
- Interpreting patient information and making informed decisions.
- Monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- A valid Registered Nurse license.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing.
