Role Responsibilities
The Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse exemplifies critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in orchestrating patient care. This role entails responsibility and accountability for the planning, direction, and delivery of nursing care to patients, adhering to established nursing techniques and both clinical and administrative protocols. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment commencement.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment commencement.
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
- Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
