Email Surveillance Analyst

BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Email Surveillance Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to review communications for content, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveillance systems and be able to identify and document potential regulatory or compliance issues.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
  • Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues
  • Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-4 years experience in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry
  • Prior experience with email surveillance, including Global Relay surveillance system
Education
