Marketing CRM Administrator

Job Summary
This position manages the marketing segment of Broward College's CRM by building, implementing, and maintaining automated recruitment campaigns for prospective students in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, including tactics to drive maximum return on investment, and share CRM best practices across the College.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement CRM marketing campaigns to encourage application conversions from marketing leads.
- Oversee design and delivery of communications with prospects through Engagement Studio, developing campaigns, writing/editing copy, creating assets, testing, deploying, measuring, and optimizing.
- Manage marketing personas and marketing-specific journeys, aligning to existing student lifecycle, analyzing touch points with the College, and maximizing prospect student outreach opportunities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to align and establish a common vision and strategy, ensuring the CRM solution meets college and departmental business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement holistic, automated integrated multi-channel campaigns to reach prospective students, in coordination with marketing enrollment strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or related discipline.
- At least six years of relevant experience, including experience in direct and digital marketing, ideally in higher education, and experience implementing and maintaining a CRM, ideally in higher education.
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and ability to interact and effectively communicate with colleagues and peers with varying technical skills.
