About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwork Project Manager to join our team at Bednark Studio Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Custom Millwork projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and communicate project progress and challenges.
  • Lead day-to-day communication with clients to build trust and goodwill.
  • Evaluate and process client feedback, and provide solutions to address any issues.
  • Identify and communicate project challenges, and brainstorm solutions with Department Leads.
  • Coordinate all change orders and ensure project documents are current and accurate.
  • Quality control of all elements throughout the fabrication process.
  • Work with APM/PC on all billing, in accordance with standard Bednark process and AIA G702 and G703.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Understanding of fabrication and building methods.
  • Ability to read and redline technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suites.
  • Experience with Asana and Concur.
