We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Home Work Additions and Renovations. As a leading boutique residential renovation company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-end projects with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a small team of tradespeople
  • Oversee the installation of fine carpentry, high-end finishes, and millwork
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with owners/partners to develop and implement project plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in carpentry and renovation
  • Lead Carpenter/Foreman certification
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
  • Proficient in reading plans and using project management software
  • U.S. citizenship or work authorization card
