We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional to join our team as an Executive Host I at JACK Entertainment This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional customer service skills and experience to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.
About the Job DescriptionThis role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities. As an Executive Host I, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with VIP guests, coordinating logistics, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP guests through regular contact and engagement.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful pre-trip itineraries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, events, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working in a casino/hotel or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
