RGM Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling components and equipment used in oilfield operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly Operations: Assemble components and equipment according to plans and technical specifications, using manual and power tools to perform assembly operations with precision.
- Quality Control: Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies with established specifications and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address assembly issues and propose improvements.
- Safety and Efficiency: Follow safety procedures and work protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries, maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency, and participate in training new employees and in the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the oilfield or manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical plans and assembly diagrams, proficiency in using manual and power tools for assembly, attention to detail, and ability to work with precision to ensure assembly quality.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Safety and Adaptability: Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to safe work practices, flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Work Schedule: 1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm; 2nd shift: 3:30PM - 2:00AM
