Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Winder Operator to join our team at Cynet Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the machine for production by positioning guides and rolls, and operate and monitor bobbin winders.
  • Set up and operate bobbin winders according to manufacturing specifications, following detailed instructions accurately.
  • String wire through bobbin winders, adjust the counter to the necessary footage, and regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.


Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail for quality inspection purposes.
  • Able to read and follow work instructions.
  • Must have good hand-eye coordination and winding experience.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
