Job Title: Operational Excellence Project Manager

HonorBridge is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager serves as the connection between management and their teams in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Integrate Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and techniques to support projects and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality in terms of deliverables, implementation, and customer experience.
  • Build and manage multi-disciplinary and cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with a mix of project management experience and experience with Lean Six Sigma tools totaling not less than 3 years is required; Healthcare or OPO-related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office.
  • Practiced in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
