YOUR ROLE

As the Operations Manager at Playa Bowls, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a Playa Bowls location. You will lead a team comprising Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guarantee product quality and consistency.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Supervise food and beverage deliveries.
  • Maintain food preparation standards.
  • Monitor budgets and financial transactions.
  • Schedule staff and assign responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to health regulations.
  • Keep inventory records updated.
  • Train and assess staff performance.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment.
  • Utilize cash register and manage financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Obtain PB Food Safety certification within three months of employment.

  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Retrieve items from various storage areas.
