Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our sales teams, product managers, and customers.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, classroom training presentations, and sales enablement content.
  • Technical Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and use this knowledge to develop training content that is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that training content meets their needs and is aligned with business objectives.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze training program effectiveness, and use data to inform future training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, such as marketing, communications, or education.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or content development role, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required, with the ability to speak and write at a professional level. Spanish language skills are a plus.
