Quality Assurance Specialist

At CIVCO Radiotherapy, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our medical devices, from design to delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance
  • Collect and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Work with suppliers to implement corrective action plans and manage open SCARs.
  • Lead supplier qualification activities, including on-site evaluations and performance metric evaluation.
  • Coordinate first articles and support new product development and operations process improvement activities.

Quality Systems
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints, including OEM complaints.
  • Lead closure activities for NMCRs related to supplier activities.
  • Execute internal audits of CIVCO business unit quality system.
  • Participate in risk management activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of both.
  • Strong documentation, process management, and quality analysis skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and statistical analysis programs.
