RN Enterprise Float Pool

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to join our Enterprise RN Staffing Resource Self-Scheduling team. As a Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple hospitals, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care through the application of sound procedures and practices.
- Assess and document patient's pain levels utilizing appropriate protocols.
- Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs/problems in collaboration with the patient, family, and health care team.
- Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care and/or interventions.
- Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum four years recent acute care experience in areas utilizing telemetry monitoring such as cardiac, step-down, medical/surgical telemetry units, concentrated care units.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.
