Job SummaryAs a Float Pool Nurse in our Medical-Surgical department, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Float to various units within the hospital to support patient care needs
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- Current Missouri RN license required
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of current RN hospital Medical-Surgical experience or Medical-Telemetry experience is required for the Float Pool
