We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleThe Float Pool Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients across a range of units, including Medical/Oncology, Surgical/Orthopedic, Telemetry, and Inpatient Rehabilitation. You will work under the general direction of the Clinical Manager/Director and will be expected to coordinate and provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care
- Float to various units within the hospital, including Medical/Oncology, Surgical/Orthopedic, Telemetry, and Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Assume individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- Current Missouri RN license required
- BLS certification required
- At least 2 years of current RN hospital Medical/Surgical experience or Medical/Telemetry experience required
