We are in search of an enthusiastic leader to take on the role of Manager of Clinical Nutrition Services, overseeing various sites within a bustling healthcare organization. Candidates must be a registered and licensed dietitian with prior management experience. Proficiency in technology, particularly with electronic medical records (EMR) and dietary software (experience with CBORD is highly desirable) is essential.

Metz Culinary Management is expanding, and we have openings for a Manager of Clinical Nutrition Services who is passionate about Clinical Nutrition and exceptional Patient Experience. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with outstanding leadership capabilities.

This is a significant opportunity within our Healthcare Division, requiring a polished and professional demeanor along with a positive attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian who possesses a robust leadership background and experience in managing Clinical Nutrition Programs. Experience in leading a team within a large, fast-paced hospital environment is mandatory.

Our System Leader will exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrating a genuine commitment to Patient Experience while effectively guiding a team of Registered Dietitians to ensure that the Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are reflected in all interactions. The Manager of Clinical Nutrition Services must have a solid foundation in patient education and familiarity with EMR systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
  • Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Leadership position
  • Current Licensed Registered Dietitian
  • Experience in a Contract Dining environment
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records
  • Expertise in Nutrition Education
