Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional services to our patients and supporting the company's commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional services to patients, including calculating diet prescriptions and evaluating patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address malnutrition and other nutritional-related issues.
  • Communicate lab results and recommended treatment changes to the interdisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a directly related field.
  • Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current state licensure, if applicable.
  • Less than 1 year of clinical experience.
Working Conditions

The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
