Position Overview:
We are in search of a Production Facility Manager to oversee our operations. This role will report directly to the Regional Vice President of the Northeast Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall facility performance and metrics for the bottling and distribution operations.
- Develop a cohesive leadership team, focusing on employee retention through mentoring and development initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance, including Profit & Loss statements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the factory advocate for National Safety and Quality programs.
- Foster a positive workplace environment for all staff members.
- Build strong relationships with plant leaders and corporate teams.
- Collaborate with leaders in the ReadyRefresh branches to maintain inventory stability.
- Work with Logistics and Tankering teams to ensure resource availability for production needs.
- Plan and schedule production in partnership with the scheduling team.
- Support Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
- Engage with key stakeholders in the local community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is essential, with a preference for food or beverage sectors.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing operations, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams through operational and cultural changes.
- Proven success in building effective teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams to achieve performance metrics.
- Continuous improvement experience, particularly in Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and strong personal character.
