Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a voice of the customer, understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Work with business partners to define future products and roadmaps.
  • Understand and articulate technology vision and strategy, ensuring technology solutions align with business goals and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with investment teams, operations, and information technology team members.
  • Perform data-driven analysis and develop recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Manage the product backlog effectively to maximize delivered value.
  • Define user stories based on customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of the Investment Management industry.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with leadership in technology, business analysis, or business.
  • 3+ years of product ownership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a product owner role in an agile/scrum software development organization and understanding of the development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent work items with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent decision-making ability to manage complex, ever-changing priority lists and resolve conflicts.
