Executive Sales Manager

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our sales team and manage branch operations. This key role will be responsible for formulating overall sales and delivery strategy, managing people, and establishing policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Establish goals and targets for the sales team, as well as programs to motivate and incentivize performance.
- Manage account retention and create revenue and expenditure budgets for the sales team.
- Develop different selling strategies for specific target markets and manage account reps to turn them into sales professionals.
- Participate in industry functions, such as committees and association gatherings, to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop product knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct weekly meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting sales objectives.
- Establish and enforce guidelines for Apartment Association and event participation.
- Work closely with the Executive Team to stay informed about sales team performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop presentation materials to support company sales objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise Sales Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager(s).
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the branch and provide constructive performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
- Branch management experience required.
- Inventory control experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of operations management experience required.
- Flooring industry experience a plus.
- Inventory control experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
