We are seeking a self-motivated Multifamily Sales Executive to join our team at Elite Flooring & Design. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will have a heavy dotted line reporting to the Director of Multi-Family Sales.

The main objective of this position is new business development along with maintaining a high level of contact with acquired customers through regular visits and calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Track all sales activity in the company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas
  • Represent the company at industry association and client events

Requirements:

  • Outstanding face-to-face client communication skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent time management skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong closing skills
