Senior Recruitment Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete recruitment process while providing additional HR support in areas such as talent development, leadership guidance, and employee relations as required.
This role will act as the primary recruiter for various functional teams, engaging regularly with senior leadership including Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers.
Collaborate with Regional and Divisional leaders to assess staffing requirements and formulate recruitment strategies. Manage the entire hiring process encompassing candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments, and job offers.
Work alongside internal HR partners, including Compensation and HR Business Partners, to ensure clarity on job pricing, offer approvals, and related matters.
Stay informed about current industry and recruitment trends. Skilled in employing innovative and modern recruitment techniques. Comfortable with continuous networking both within and outside the industry.
As necessary, assist HR leadership in addressing employee-related issues and contribute to various HR training initiatives.
Support corporate, regional, and divisional talent acquisition and management initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience, including at least three (3) years managing a high volume of job requisitions
Prior sourcing experience is essential (familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (iCIMS preferred), and knowledge of current sourcing trends)
Experience in developing innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, such as job fairs, hiring events, and university recruiting.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Proven ability to leverage technology to implement talent management initiatives, including collaboration with cross-functional teams to deploy necessary technologies for success.
