**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and testing reverse vending machines, as well as troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform pre-installation site surveys at customer locations and create related documents for management review
  • Install, calibrate, and test reverse vending machines
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Train customers on the operation and maintenance of RVMs
  • Conduct quality inspections on already installed equipment
  • Compile reports based on work order specifications and company procedures

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical field service role
  • Clean and valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Experience using a multi-meter
  • Capability to use both a laptop computer and a smartphone along with related software and apps
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Proven ability to interact with customers and clients
