Position Summary
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee club operations, ensuring a positive experience for all members while maintaining the financial health of the facility. This position is vital in shaping our team dynamics to uphold a vibrant atmosphere within the Judgement Free Zone.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager by developing the team and analyzing key business metrics that drive profitability.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to ensure adequate coverage as needed.
  • Supervise staff to guarantee exceptional service delivery. Proactively assist team members facing challenges.
  • Welcome members and conduct club tours to promote business while leading by example.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member service inquiries.
  • Ensure the club opens and closes properly.
  • Accountable for the team's understanding of essential information, including marketing promotions and corporate initiatives.
  • Assist in scheduling to align with payroll requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the gym and equipment daily, guiding the team on proper facility checks and cleaning protocols.
  • Take pride in the gym's appearance, instilling the same value in the team to achieve optimal results.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Some bending, kneeling, twisting, or reaching may be required.
  • Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 pounds.
